ARIAD Dimerizer definition

ARIAD Dimerizer means the compound known as AP1903, all analogs and derivatives of AP1903 and any Dimerizer or salt thereof, where the composition of matter thereof or its use as a divalent ligand is, at any time during the Primary License Term, within the scope of a claim in any patent or patent application within the Licensed Patent Rights.
