Army Corps has the meaning provided in the definition of Requirements hereof. “Assignment of Construction Contract” has the meaning provided in Section 16.05(b) hereof.

Army Corps or “USACOE” shall mean United States Army Corps of Engineers and its agents and representatives.

  • Subsidiary Corporation means any present or future “subsidiary corporation” of the Company, as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code.
