Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.
First Trading Date means 11 November 2022.
Equity Listing Event means an initial public offering of shares in the Issuer, after which such shares shall be quoted, listed, traded or otherwise admitted to trading on a regulated market or unregulated market.
BlackRock means persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with BlackRock, Inc. that act as investment adviser and sub-adviser to the Funds.
Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.
