Arrangement Letter definition

Arrangement Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6e.

Arrangement Letter means the letter agreement dated as of July 12, 1999 addressed to QPI from Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America Canada, Bank of Montreal and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, New York Agency;
