To the extent the Deliverables are not specified in the Arrangement Letter as Client Owned Deliverables, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Deliverables are Protiviti Proprietary Materials (as defined below).
The Swingline Note, the grid schedule and the books and records of the Swingline Lender shall constitute presumptive evidence of the information so recorded absent demonstrable error.

If Company elects to provide the requested Service, Company will send Client the applicable Job Arrangement Letter.
