In the case where the project has limited public access, or generates funds insufficient to acquire new artwork, or cannot otherwise be used judiciously for that purpose, the Arts Commission may use the entire project Art Enrichment allocation for maintenance and conservation as per these guidelines (Section 4.1.5 “Aggregation of Funds/Use of Funds at a location other than the CIP Site”).
