In accordance with the MOA between DCPS and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Teachers working at the Incarcerated Youth program housed at DC Jail and the Correctional Treatment Facility shall be provided with paid vacation leave for the workdays between the end of the regular school year and the start of summer school, as well as 10 workdays of paid vacation leave immediately following the summer school session that ends in August of each school year.
