Examples of Article 10 order in a sentence

  • The making of a care order with respect to a child who is the subject of any Article 10 order or a supervision order discharges that other order.

  • An Article 10 order shall, if it would otherwise still be in force, cease to have effect when the child reaches full age, unless it is to have effect beyond that age by virtue of Article 11(6)(a).

  • The Court shall not have jurisdiction to make an Article 10 order, other than an order to which Article 7 applies, in any proceedings unless the condition in Article 6 is satisfied.

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.
