If any Lender obtains possession or Article 9 Control of any Collateral, it shall notify Administrative Agent thereof and, promptly upon Administrative Agent’s request (but, in any case, within five (5) Business Days) deliver such Collateral to Administrative Agent or otherwise deal with such Collateral in accordance with Administrative Agent’s instructions.
