Third Party Licenses definition

Third Party Licenses means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the trading platform.
Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

More Definitions of Third Party Licenses

Third Party Licenses means the licenses included in the PTV Cloud Service, which PTV has legally acquired from third parties and which include specific terms and conditions to PTV and to the Customer, as set forth in these Terms of Use, and which may be amended by the third parties from time to time, and any such amendments thus becoming part of these Terms of Use.
Third Party Licenses means all licenses and other agreements with third parties relating to any Intellectual Property or products that the Company is licensed or otherwise authorized by such third parties to use, market, distribute or incorporate into products marketed and distributed by the Company.
