Examples of Article XXVIII in a sentence

  • Despite any such action, the Parties will continue to participate in good faith in the dispute resolution procedures described in this Article XXVIII.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Article XXVIII shall not be construed to prevent either Party from seeking and obtaining temporary equitable remedies, including temporary restraining orders, if, in its judgment, such action is necessary to avoid irreparable harm.

  • Section 1110 means Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Article 55 BRRD means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.

  • Article means an article of this Agreement unless another document is specifically referenced.

  • General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;

  • Paragraph means a portion of this Consent Decree identified by an Arabic numeral.
