Articles of Combination definition

Articles of Combination has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Articles of Combination means the articles of combination to be filed with the OTS pursuant to 12 C.F.R. Section 552.13 in order to effectuate the Merger.
Articles of Combination means the articles prepared pursuant to Section 552.13 of the OTS Regulations and upon which the OTS will endorse the Effective Time of the Merger.
