Aruba Loan definition

Aruba Loan shalx xxxx a Timeshare Loan originated by the Aruba Originator and evidenced by a Finance Agreement.
Aruba Loan means a Timeshare Loan originated by the Aruba Originator prior to January 26, 2004 and evidenced by a Finance Agreement.
Aruba Loan means either an Aruba Right-to-Use Loan or an Aruba Club Loan.
