ASBA Bid means a Bid made by an ASBA Bidder;

  • The Escrow Collection Bank confirms that it shall not accept any ASBA Bid or process any ASBA Form relating to any ASBA Bidder from any Designated Intermediary in its capacity as the Escrow Collection Bank, except in its capacity as a SCSB.

  • Provided however that the Syndicate Members shall not be liable, in the event of failure of Bids on account of any error, fraud or malpractice by the relevant SCSB with whom such syndicate ASBA Bid was submitted.

  • Credit Bid means, an offer submitted by Agent (on behalf of the Lender group), based upon the instruction of the Required Lenders, to acquire the property of any Loan Party or any portion thereof in exchange for and in full and final satisfaction of all or a portion (as determined by Agent, based upon the instruction of the Required Lenders) of the claims and Obligations under this Agreement and other Loan Documents.

  • The Bidder means the individual or firm who participates in this tender and submits its bid.

  • Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Loan in accordance with Section 2.04.

  • Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Contract base bid means the total dollar amount a contractor bids on a contract without factoring any bid incentive or percentage reductions to the bid amount.

  • Preferred Bidder means a bidder that is entitled to receive a reciprocal preference under the requirements of this chapter.
