Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures definition

Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures means the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures to be implemented by the Asbestos Personal Injury Trustees pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Agreement to process, liquidate, and pay Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1, as it may be amended up to ten (10) Business Days prior to the Objection Deadline.
Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures means the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures, to be implemented by the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Agreement governing the liquidation, processing and payment of Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, substantially in the form of Exhibit I.A.19.
Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures means the trust distribution procedures for the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto, and such additional procedures as may subsequently be adopted by the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, which provide for the resolution, liquidation, and satisfaction of Asbestos Personal Injury Claims.

  • Unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Plan, the Confirmation Order, or the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Distribution Procedures, or required by applicable bankruptcy law, post-petition interest shall not accrue or be paid on Claims, and no holder of a Claim shall be entitled to interest accruing on or after the Petition Date on any Claim.
