ASRS Eligible definition

ASRS Eligible means the Issuer meets or is deemed to meet the eligibility requirements to file an ASRS as set forth in General Instruction I.D. to Form S-3.

  • Eligible Expense means the lesser of the reasonable, customary, usual, fair market value charge for a covered service or the provider's actual charge.

  • Year of Eligibility Service means, for any Employee, a credit used to determine his eligibility to participate under the Plan, as further described in Section 2.2.
