Examples of Year of Eligibility Service in a sentence
An Employee or Participant continues to earn credit for vesting and eligibility purposes for each Year of Vesting Service or Year of Eligibility Service he or she completes and his or her Individual Account (if any) will share in the gains or losses of the Fund during the periods he or she elects not to participate.
A Year of Eligibility Service is credited only at the end of the Eligibility Period.
The eligibility requirements for participation in this plan are as to Regular Employees, the completion of one Hour of Service and as to all other Employees the completion of one Year of Eligibility Service.
These commitments apply to all employees who have met the governing Plan’s Year of Eligibility Service provision.
Hours of Service (no more than 1,000) shall be required to constitute a Year of Eligibility Service.
