ASSAC Executive Shares means the maximum of 10,746,667 restricted ASSAC Ordinary Shares issued to Mxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (“Mxxxxx”) and his Affiliates and business associates (collectively, the “ASSAC Executive Group”).
