Asset Buyer definition

Asset Buyer means one or more Affiliates of the Buyer (which shall be formed by the Buyer prior to the Closing if not already in existence) whom the Buyer designates to consummate the Closing.

Examples of Asset Buyer in a sentence

  • Until such time as Buyer exercises either such remedy with respect to a Purchased Asset, Buyer may hold such Purchased Asset for its own account and retain all Income with respect thereto.

  • From and after the Closing, if Buyer or its Affiliate receives or collects any funds relating to any Excluded Asset, Buyer or its Affiliate shall remit any such funds to Seller within five Business Days after its receipt thereof.
