Trade Debts definition

Trade Debts means all trading debts existing between any member of the Vendors' Group and any Group Company incurred in the ordinary course of business.
Trade Debts means amounts owing by way of trade credit in the ordinary course of trading as a result of goods or services supplied by a Group Company to a member of the Seller’s Group or vice versa and which are specifically identified on a schedule in Agreed Form prior to Completion; 88.   • The Remaining Group is not expected to have any material business relationship with the Target Group after Completion, apart from the settlement of the Trade Debts by Nanjing Mayflower pursuant to the Obligations and Debts Framework Agreement.
