Examples of Asset Sale Prepayment in a sentence
No prepayment shall be required pursuant to Section 5.2(a)(i) with respect to Asset Sale Prepayment Events, Casualty Events and Permitted Sale Leasebacks unless and until the amount at any time of Net Cash Proceeds from such Prepayment Events required to be applied at or prior to such time pursuant to such Section and not yet applied at or prior to such time to prepay Term Loans pursuant to such Section exceeds $7,500,000 in the aggregate for all such Prepayment Events.
If the Asset Sale Prepayment Date shall not be specified in such notice, the Asset Sale Prepayment Date shall be the fortieth (40th) day after the date of such notice.
Such Specified Asset Sale Prepayment shall be made no later than five (5) Business Days following the receipt of any such Net Asset Sale Proceeds.
The Proposed Asset Sale Prepayment Date shall be not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days after the date of such offer (if the Proposed Asset Sale Prepayment Date shall not be specified in such offer, the Proposed Asset Sale Prepayment Date shall be the 60th day after the date of such offer).
A holder of Notes may accept the offer to prepay made pursuant to this Section 8.3 by causing a notice of such acceptance to be delivered to the Company at least five days prior to the Proposed Asset Sale Prepayment Date.
