Assigned judge definition

Assigned judge means any judge assigned by the Chair of the Judicial Council or by a presiding judge authorized by the Chair of the Judicial Council to assign a judge under Code of Civil Procedure section 404 or 404.3, including a “coordination motion judge” and a “coordination trial judge.”
Assigned judge means the hearing judge assigned to adjudicate a State Bar Court proceeding.
Assigned judge means the Judge to whom a case is randomly assigned by lot and who is responsible for determining all matters in the case.

Assigned judge means a judge assigned in a manner provided by Rule 8 of the Texas Rules of Judicial Administration.
