Order and Final Judgment definition
Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.
Order and Final Judgment means the judgment to be rendered by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

If the Settlement (including any modifications thereto made with the consent of the Settling Parties as provided for herein) is approved by the Court following the Settlement Hearing as fair, reasonable, and adequate and in the best interests of Origin, the Settling Parties shall jointly request that the Court enter the Order and Final Judgment substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Order and Final Judgment means the Order and Final Judgment to be entered in the Action substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, or as modified by agreement of the Parties in writing.
