Order and Final Judgment definition

Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.

Order and Final Judgment means the judgment to be rendered by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Order and Final Judgment

Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, including all of its material terms and conditions without modifications (except any modifications agreed upon by the Settling Parties and, as necessary, approved by the Court), and the settlement pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, and dismissing Xxxxx Farms with prejudice from the Action, as described in Section II(F)(8) below.
