Assignment Charges definition

Assignment Charges shall have the meaning attributed to the term in clause 3.11.1 of this Agreement.
Assignment Charges means the fee charged by RW in consideration of the Introduction and placement of the Temporary Worker with the Client in relation to a specific Assignment and calculated in accordance with clause 6.2 and the Rate set out in the Assignment Schedule.

Examples of Assignment Charges in a sentence

  • The total charge for service is the charge determined by applying the rates in section 1 below, plus Direct Assignment Charges in section 4 below.

Related to Assignment Charges

  • Assignment of Leases With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar agreement executed by the Mortgagor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, in the form which was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter.

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;
