Assistance calls definition

Assistance calls means calls in which the operator provides assistance or instructions to the customer. Examples include rate quotes, credit requests, trouble reports, dial assistance, and dialing instructions.

Examples of Assistance calls in a sentence

  • An allowance of two direct dialed Directory Assistance calls per month without charge is permitted for each: residence exchange service line, residence dormitory line and residence trunk line.

  • For example, international calls, toll free charges, Directory Assistance calls and taxes related to these calls are automatically charged to your credit balance account.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:
