Assistance calls definition

Assistance calls means calls in which the operator provides assistance or instructions to the customer. Examples: rate quotes, credit requests, trouble reports, dial assistance, and dialing instructions.

Examples of Assistance calls in a sentence

  • An allowance of two direct dialed Directory Assistance calls per month without charge is permitted for each: residence exchange service line, residence dormitory line and residence trunk line.

  • For example, international calls, toll free charges, Directory Assistance calls and taxes related to these calls are automatically charged to your credit balance account.

  • Live operators handling Operator Services and Directory Assistance calls from AT&T local service customers will identify themselves as AT&T operators; where such rebranding is not technically feasible, such live operator response will be provided on an unbranded basis.

  • Upon AT&T's request, where technically feasible, and where AT&T purchases Local Switching as an Unbundled Element, GTE shall route local Directory Assistance calls, including 411 and (NPA) 555-1212, dialed by AT&T Customers directly to the AT&T platform.

Related to Assistance calls

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.
