Supplier’s Team definition

Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and
Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods;
Supplier’s Team means the Supplier’s Manager and all employees, consultants, agents and subcontractors engaged in relation to the Services and who are appointed under clause 3.3; and

Examples of Supplier’s Team in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall ensure that all members of the Supplier’s Team or professional advisors or consultants are aware of the Supplier’s confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.

  • If any of the Supplier, the Supplier’s Team or the Supplier’s Team’s directors or shareholders (where applicable) is listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 15.4, or breaches any of its obligations set out in clauses 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 or 15.5; then the Supplier shall promptly notify the British Council of any such breach(es) and the British Council shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 15.7 below.

  • The Supplier shall indemnify the British Council from and against all loss or liability in connection with physical damage to property, death or personal injury caused by or arising out of the negligence of, or breach of this Agreement by, the Supplier or any member of the Supplier’s Team.

  • The Supplier warrants that it has in place contractual arrangements with all members of the Supplier’s Team assigning to the Supplier their Intellectual Property Rights and waiving their moral rights (if any) in the Deliverables such that the Supplier can enter into the assignments, licences and waivers set out in this clause 10.


More Definitions of Supplier’s Team

Supplier’s Team means any employees, sub-contractors or agents of the Supplier employed or appointed in connection with the Supplies under this Contract;
Supplier’s Team the Supplier's Manager, the Key Personnel and all Personnel of the Supplier involved in providing the Services from time to time during the Term;

Related to Supplier’s Team

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
