  • A lessor or lessee seeking the enforcement of rights and liabilities under this Act shall file an application in this regard before the Assistant Collector in the form as prescribed; Provided that such application shall be filed by the applicant within a period of ninety days from the accrual of cause of action to him, which period on sufficient cause being shown may, for reasons to be recorded, be extended by the Assistant Collector.
