Assistant fire marshal definition

Assistant fire marshal means any person who is employed by the fire marshal and who carries out specific duties assigned by the fire marshal, including, but not limited to, enforcement of Chapters 3731., 3737., and 3743. of the Revised Code, fire inspection, fire code enforcement, fire investigation, fire prevention, or the regulation of underground storage tank systems as defined in section 3737.87 of the Revised Code.
