Fire Investigation. Stand-by-pay – In addition to his/her regular salary, represented employees assigned to Fire Investigation shall be compensated with an additional $50 per each 24-hr shift assigned to standby duties. If a Suppression employee works less than a full shift of standby, he or she shall be compensated $2.08 per hour assigned to standby duties.

Fire Investigation. The District/Department and DNR agree to protect the origin area of any fire to the best of its ability. Fires will be jointly investigated when an incident originated in a joint jurisdiction area. A DNR fire investigator may investigate fires originating on, spreading to or threatening land subject to Forest Fire Protection Assessment (i.e., sole DNR or joint jurisdiction areas).
Fire Investigation personnel assigned to Fire Suppression shall work a 24-hour shift commencing at 1200 hours and continue through 1200 hours the following day. Fire Investigation personnel shall work a 48-hour average work week.
Fire Investigation. 21.1. The CWFD will assume responsibility for all fire cause determination investigation activities within Washougal and will work closely with the Washougal Police Department (WPD) in processing any case. Under a pending Xxxxxxxx Act Emergency or Major Disaster Declaration, ESF 4 may be activated within the State of Alaska by FEMA Region X (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington). Consistent with the NRF, the Forest Service will serve as the Coordinator and primaryPrimary Agency. For operations that occur in the State of Alaska, the Forest Service remains the primary agency under the NRF, but works closely with the for ESF 4 activities. Fire Investigation. Trespass: Initial attack resources shall determine probable fire cause, whether human or natural. Once a probable fire cause has been determined to be "human," the IC will have dispatch request an investigator and/or Law Enforcement Officer(s) and notify the BLM duty officer. The intent of these parties is that the Oversight Committee will make a recommendation for future service delivery by October 31, 2000. 6.19.3 Day-to-day fire investigation operational issues will be handled at the lowest practical organizational level.
