Associated Accounts definition

Associated Accounts means the Associated Bank Account(s) and the Associated Depository Account(s).
Associated Accounts means the associated bank accounts and the associated depository accounts.
Associated Accounts means the Associated Bank Account(s) and the Associated Depository Account(s). “Associated Bank Account” means the current or saving bank account(s) or any funds account maintained by the Client (either solely or jointly with another or others) with the Designated bank(s) or such other Business Associate(s) as PhillipCapital may nominate for the purpose of depositing funds, and which account(s) has/ have been designated by the Client as an Associated Bank Account(s) for the purposes of this Document.

  • Note: Access Persons are responsible for preclearing transactions in Reportable Securities in all Associated Accounts.

  • Although Access Persons may conduct trading for their own accounts and Associated Accounts within the limits of the policy, trading during working hours should be limited.

  • Deletion of an Organisation shall result in the deletion of all Associated Accounts within 15 days from the date of deletion of the Organisation.

  • The change will become effective once your subscription lapses and will apply to all Associated Accounts.

Related to Associated Accounts

  • Designated Accounts means any and all unsecured credit facilities (including without limitation unsecured card or non-card credit facility) that you have with the Participating FIs and excludes joint accounts, any renovation loan, education loan, credit facility granted for businesses or business purposes and such other credit facility that is excluded under the MAS regulations relating to unsecured credit facilities to individuals.

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the applicable Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines.

  • Restricted Account means an account at ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. associated with the Loan to which Borrower’s access is restricted. Capitalized terms used in these Additional Terms and Conditions to Disbursement Instruction Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the body of the Agreement.

  • Excluded Accounts means deposit or securities accounts that are designated solely as accounts for, and are used solely for, payroll funding, employee compensation, employee benefits or taxes, in each case in the ordinary course of business.
