Restricted Account definition

Restricted Account means an account at Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. associated with the Loan to which Borrower’s access is restricted. Capitalized terms used in these Additional Terms and Conditions to Disbursement Instruction Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the body of the Agreement.

Restricted Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1 hereof.

Examples of Restricted Account in a sentence

• No Deposit Accounts or other accounts of any Loan Party shall at any time constitute a Restricted Account other than accounts expressly indicated on Section 39 of the Information Certificate(s) as being a Restricted Account (and each Loan Party hereby represents and warrants that each such account shall at all times meet the requirements set forth in the definition of Restricted Account to qualify as a Restricted Account).

• Until deposited into the applicable Restricted Account, any Rents and other revenues from the Property held by Borrower shall be deemed to be collateral and shall be held in trust by it for the benefit, and as the property, of Lender pursuant to the Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents and shall not be commingled with any other funds or property of Borrower.

More Definitions of Restricted Account

Restricted Account means the restricted account known as the Industrial Assistance Account created in Section 63N-3-103.
