Associated Energy definition

Associated Energy means the Energy expressed in megawatt-hours (“MWh”) or kilowatt-hours (“KWh”), expressly associated with Capacity dispatched under this Agreement.
Associated Energy means the quantity of electrical energy, generally used by PJM to satisfy its load requirements, associated with the Available Capacity Amount
Associated Energy means all Energy produced from the Facility in the form of electricity, measured in megawatt hours (“MWh”), which is delivered by Seller to the T&D.

Examples of Associated Energy in a sentence

  • Title to and risk of loss related to the Associated Energy shall transfer to T&D at the Delivery Point.

  • Seller shall deliver Associated Energy to the ISO-NE control area or NMISA area.

  • Seller shall submit market transactions to ISO-NE that transfer to T&D the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy, with hourly quantities, delivery point, and other transaction characteristics that replicate the transactions submitted by Seller to ISO-NE.

  • Seller shall arrange and be responsible for any necessary transmission service to deliver the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy to the Delivery Point.

  • As between the Parties, Seller shall be deemed to be in exclusive control (and responsible for any damages or injury caused thereby) of the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy prior to the Delivery Point and T&D shall be deemed to be in exclusive control (and responsible for any damages or injury caused thereby) of the Contract Quantity of Associated Energy at and from the Delivery Point.

Associated Energy means energy produced from the Capacity Resource.
