Capacity Resource definition

Capacity Resource shall have the meaning provided in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.
Capacity Resource means any renewable capacity resource, nonrenewable capacity resource or interruptible, demand response or energy efficiency capacity resource. [PL 2007, c. 293, §1 (AMD).]
Capacity Resource means the net capacity from owned or contracted for generating facilities all of which (i) are accredited to a Load Serving Entity pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Reliability Assurance Agreement and (ii) are committed to satisfy that Load Serving Entity's obligations under the Reliability Assurance Agreement and this Agreement.

Examples of Capacity Resource in a sentence

  • The Generation Interconnection Customer may elect to operate all or a portion of its Customer Facility as a Capacity Resource only to the extent that the Interconnection Service Agreement grants Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Termination or Default of this Agreement for any reason by the Developer shall not constitute a waiver of the Developer’s legal rights to obtain Capacity Resource Interconnection Service and Energy Resource Interconnection Service from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with the provisions of the NYISO OATT.
