Examples of Capacity Resource in a sentence

  • Capacity Resource Interconnection Service (“XXXX”) shall mean the service provided by NYISO to Developers that satisfy the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard or that are otherwise eligible to receive XXXX in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT; such service being one of the eligibility requirements for participation as a NYISO Installed Capacity Supplier.

More Definitions of Capacity Resource

Capacity Resource means any renewable capacity resource, nonrenewable capacity resource or interruptible, demand response or energy efficiency capacity resource.[PL 2007, c. 293, §1 (AMD).]
Capacity Resource means the net capacity from owned or contracted for generating facilities all of which (i) are accredited to a Load Serving Entity pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Reliability Assurance Agreement and (ii) are committed to satisfy that Load Serving Entity's obligations under the Reliability Assurance Agreement and this Agreement.
Capacity Resource means the amount of net generating Capacity associated with the Facility for which Capacity credit may be obtained under applicable planning reserve procedures and requirements. Initially, such requirements are set forth in Module E of the MISO Tariff and MISO Business Practices Manual for Resource Adequacy.
Capacity Resource means the net capacity from owned or contracted for generating facilities all of which (i) are accredited to a Load Serving Entity pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Reliability Assurance Agreement and (ii) are committed to satisfy that Load Serving Entity’s obligations under the Reliability Assurance Agreement and this Agreement.
Capacity Resource means a generating unit or resource eligible to sell the capacity product from such generating unit or resource in the PJM RPM Market, as determined in accordance with the PJM Agreements and the PJM Capacity Rules.
