Association Grievance CommitteeA committee consisting of Association members.
Association Grievance Committee. (AGC) is the committee created and constituted by the WSA to administer this procedure on behalf of the WSA.

Examples of Association Grievance Committee in a sentence

  • If the Board, the grievant, and the Association Grievance Committee shall be unable to resolve any grievance, and it shall involve an alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of this agreement, the grievance may within ten (10) school days after the decision of the Board, be appealed.

  • Upon selection and certification by the Association, the Board shall recognize an Association Grievance Committee.

  • The supervisor shall provide a written answer regarding the grievance to the grievant and the Association Grievance Committee within ten (10) days after the meeting.

  • If the Association Grievance Committee approves the request, the Association shall submit the grievance to arbitration by giving written notice to the Superintendent’s Office within fifteen (15) days after the date the request is made of the Association by the Grievant.

  • This grievance shall be presented to the supervisor immediately involved, with a copy provided to the Association Grievance Committee.

  • Forms for processing grievances shall be made available through all administrative offices in each building, the central administration office, and designated officials of the Association, including Building Representatives and members of the Association Grievance Committee.

  • The Association Grievance Committee shall meet and render its decision in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of the written grievance by the officer.

  • Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent shall investigate the grievance, including giving the Association Grievance Committee or the Grievant(s) and/or Association representative(s), reasonable opportunity to be heard in a meeting.

  • Any grievance found to be valid by the Association Grievance Committee shall be submitted to the Chief of Police within fifteen (15) business days of the Step 1 ruling.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Regional Committee means a Regional Committee constituted under these articles;

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Party committee means any committee organized by or authorized by the

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Disciplinary Committee means a function of the Compliance Department to fulfill various adjudicative responsibilities and duties described in Rule 602.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.
