Association Regulations definition

Association Regulations means regulations of Stellar Runway Utilizers Association, and/or the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the ordinances of the City of Chandler, and/or the Bylaws of the Stellar Runway Utilizers Association, all as such now exist or as amended from time to time.
Association Regulations means all covenants, conditions, restrictions and developmental regulations imposed against the Property by all owner's associations (whether master or sub-associations) having rights of regulation and control over the Property.
Association Regulations has the meaning given in Section 3.08 of this Agreement. “Attorney General” means the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
