Association Responsibility definition

Association Responsibility means the maintenance of all storm water detention areas, including all materials or equipment contained therein, including but not limited to Outlot C, and compliance with the Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement Agreement filed of record in the Polk County Recorder’s Office.
