  • Buyer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to take, on or prior to the Closing, all steps necessary to effectuate the novation of the Assumed Xxxxxx to Buyer pursuant to the Novation Agreements (including entering into an ISDA Master Agreement with each Assumed Hedge Counterparty).
