Assurance Plan definition

Assurance Plan means a service under which Vendor’s technician (an “Associate”), in exchange for a separate subscription fee, will assist you to remove viruses or other malware that infects your protected Device during the Subscription Term. Assurance Plans are sold together with certain Vendor antivirus Solutions or other security Solutions (each, a “Security Solution”), and supplement the protections offered by the Security Solution.

Examples of Assurance Plan in a sentence

  • Any failure by Subcontractor to satisfy the terms of the Performance Assurance Plan is a material breach.

  • If Honeywell, in its sole discretion, determines there is a significant risk that Subcontractor will fail, or that Subcontractor has failed, to meet, its performance or delivery obligations under this Subcontract, then Honeywell may require Subcontractor to perform under a Honeywell or Honeywell-approved Performance Assurance Plan.

  • If the Parties enter into a Performance Assurance Plan under this Agreement, nothing in this Section 25.2 shall limit amounts due and owing under any Performance Assurance Plan.

  • Under this Assurance Plan, provided that Customer pays the Charges (as defined below) and maintains Xxx telephone Services at the applicable location, Xxx will perform a diagnostic analysis of Customer’s telephone line(s) if Customer calls in a trouble ticket.

  • If Customer elects to purchase the Xxx Service Assurance Plan (the “Assurance Plan”), Customer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following terms and conditions contained in this Section.

  • The Assurance Plan only provides coverage for repairs and replacement of Inside Wiring used to provide Xxx voice Services provisioned on the Xxx network within the Premises.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
