ASX Clear Operating Rules definition

ASX Clear Operating Rules means the clearing rules of ASX Clear as amended from time to time.

  • Any term used in this Agreement which is defined in the ASX Clear Operating Rules has the meaning given in the ASX Clear Operating Rules.

ASX Clear Operating Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear.
ASX Clear Operating Rules means the operating rules made by ASX Clear as in force from time to time. ASX Listing Rules means the listing rules made by ASX as in force from time to time. ASX Settlement Operating Rules means the settlement rules made by ASX Settlement, being the operating rules, procedures, directions, decisions, requirements, customs, usages and practices of ASX Settlement as in force from time to time. ATO is the acronym for ‘Australian Taxation Office’. Audit Fee means professional costs incurred as a result of an annual audit conducted by an approved auditor. Australian ADI has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Act. Authorised Investment includes: a any Securities listed on any recognised stock exchange, or securities in any other public company; b debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government; c debentures, bonds or notes issued or proposed to be issued by a body corporate or unincorporated; d interests in managed investment schemes, as defined in the Corporations Act; e an approved deposit fund; f cash and basic deposit products; g a trustee common fund; h Direct Property; and i life insurance policies issued under the Life Insurance Act or a state Friendly Societies Act and excludes Unsupervised Investments.
ASX Clear Operating Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear, as amended from time to time. ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Limited. ASX Settlement Operating Rules means the operating rules of ASX Settlement, as amended from time to time. Cash Cover has the meaning given to it in the ASX Clear Operating Rules.
