Railway Group Standards definition

Railway Group Standards means standards authorised pursuant to
Railway Group Standards means the national technical rules and national safety rules applicable to the mainline railway system which are produced under the procedures set out in the Railway Group Standards Code (or equivalent predecessor documents, including previous versions of that Code) that defines mandatory requirements in respect of the mainline railway system;
Railway Group Standards means all Railway Group Standards authorised by the Railway Group Standards Code prepared by the Rail Safety and Standards Board Ltd;

  • Use or refer to Railway Group Standards, Network Rail Standards, European Standards and the Supplier’s specifications as appropriate.

  • Without prejudice to or limitation of Network Rail’s statutory rights, the Goods supplied shall comply in all respects with Network Rail Standards, Railway Group Standards and the Schedule 1 Specification and if no Specification is referred to in this Agreement the Goods shall be of the best quality appropriate for the purpose (if any) specified by Network Rail.

  • The Contractor shall comply with Railway Group Standards, Network Rail Standards and/or any other equivalent standards.
