Athlete Sponsor definition

Athlete Sponsor means any entity, whether characterized by the Athlete as a sponsor, supplier, licensee or otherwise, with whom the Athlete has a contract to use, market, advertise, or promote their products or services;

Athlete Sponsor means any sponsor of or supplier to an Athlete “Authorised Officer” means any person appointed by AA or the Team or Squad Leader to assist with the leadership, management or administration of any Team or Squad Camp or Activity‌‌‌

Examples of Athlete Sponsor in a sentence

  • Athlete Sponsor- any sponsor or supplier of the Athlete where the sponsor is entitled to receive marketing or promotional benefits.

  • Athlete may not display the name or logo of an Athlete Sponsor if that Athlete Sponsor is a competitor of a USCA sponsor or supplier, which shall be determined by USCA in its sole but reasonable discretion.

  • Athlete may not display the name or logo of an Athlete Sponsor if that Athlete Sponsor is a competitor of a USA Curling sponsor or supplier unless previously agreed to by the USA Curling.

  • If an Athlete wishes to display the Logo of an Athlete Sponsor on Athlete Kit then the Athlete may do so provided that the requirements set out in these Regulations are complied with.

  • Athlete Sponsor Space: Bobsled and Skeleton Helmet Athlete sponsor logos must be white.Athlete sponsor logos must be 3” from any USABS or IBSF sponsor logos.

  • In addition, prior to placing any personal sponsor's name or logo on the Athlete Designated Area, Athlete agrees to provide USCA with an exact copy of any such name or logo so that USCA may determine whether the Athlete Sponsor is a competitor of a USCA sponsor or supplier, and if the proposed name or logo otherwise complies with WCF and USCA rules and regulations.

  • Athlete Sponsor the entities that have been granted and have acquired marketing rights in relation to an Athlete.

  • The name/Logo of the Provider or manufacturer of a drink and/or Athlete Sponsor may be displayed twice on an Athlete’s personal drinking bottle, which cannot be bigger than 1 litre in volume.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, unless approved in writing by the Event Organiser, an Athlete may not display at an Event Site the Logo of an Athlete Sponsor that conflicts with an Event Sponsor’s category of sponsorship.

  • Athlete may not display the name or logo of an Athlete Sponsor if that Athlete Sponsor is a competitor of a USCA sponsor or supplier unless previously agreed to by the USCA.

Related to Athlete Sponsor

  • Sponsor shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
