Atlantic Agent definition

Atlantic Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Atlantic Agent means Calyon in its capacity as agent for the Atlantic Group, together with its successors in such capacity.
Atlantic Agent has the meaning provided in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Upon receipt of a notice for borrowing, the Agent shall, as soon as practicable, notify Atlantic (and the Atlantic Agent), Lyon (and the Lyon Agent) or each Lender, as the case may be, by telephone or telecopy with respect to the contents thereof.

  • In addition, such Enterprise Bank Investor, Atlantic Bank Investor or Liberty Bank Investor, as applicable, shall pay to the Enterprise Agent, the Atlantic Agent or the Liberty Agent, as applicable, the amount (the "Unused Commitment Fee") of any unused Commitment of such downgraded Enterprise Bank Investor, Atlantic Bank Investor or Liberty Bank Investor, as applicable.

  • Promptly after receipt thereof, the Blue Ridge Agent will notify the Blue Ridge Group and the Atlantic Agent will notify the Atlantic Group, of the contents of each Monthly Report, Weekly Report, Borrowing Request, Extension Request, Commitment Reduction Notice, Prepayment Notice, Commitment Increase Request or notice of default received by it from the Borrower or the Servicer hereunder.

  • This Amendment shall become effective as of the date first above written upon (a) receipt by the Administrative Agent of each of the documents listed on Annex 3 hereto, and (b) receipt by each of the Atlantic Agent and the BTMU Agent of the upfront fee specified in the Fee Letter for its Group.

  • Health agent means the Health Agent for the Wellesley Board of Health or his/her designee.
