AT&T Service definition

AT&T Service means the wireless data services delivered over AT&T’s wireless data network to End Users.
AT&T Service. Any on-line service or other interactive service offered to the general public (regardless of the distribution medium or mechanism utilized, but excluding CD ROMs and other interactive products) which is owned or operated by AT&T, an AT&T Affiliate or a foreign third party pursuant to a license from AT&T or an AT&T Affiliate, including without limitation, the AT&T on-line service planned for introduction in 1996. If the operations of any AT&T Service are merged, combined, or joined, in whole or in part, with the operations of any other on-line service or services, the term AT&T Service shall be deemed to embrace such merged, combined, or joined services, subject to Section 15(b) of the Standard Terms.

  • This Agreement does not grant Licensee the right to use any AT&T Service Xxxx or any other Xxxx of Licensor in any manner, except as part of the Licensed Logo, Licensed Phrase and Licensed Trade Dress as specifically set forth in this Agreement, or in the manner specifically set forth in Sections 2.4, 4.1, 4.3 and 4.4.

  • AT&T will provide the following Services to CUSTOMER under this Attachment and pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement and the applicable provisions of the AT&T Service Guide.

  • You agree not to exploit any services provided hereunder in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity of the AT&T Service.

  • All Standard Upgrades and Proposed Enhancements that are accepted by AT&T are subject to AT&T Acceptance Testing pursuant to Section 3.6. As AT&T upgrades the AT&T Service from time to time, LICENSOR will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue to upgrade the Information Service to be compatible with and perform with the upgraded AT&T Service, provided that AT&T timely informs LICENSOR of such upgrades.

  • As between the Parties, AT&T retains all Intellectual Property Rights and all other right, title, and interest in and to the AT&T Service, the AT&T Marks, the AT&T User Data, and the AT&T Web/WAP Interfaces and any pre-existing intellectual property of AT&T.

  • input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Utility service means the transportation or transmission of natural gas or electricity by means of mains, wires, lines or pipes, to users or customers.
