Attainment pollutant definition

Attainment pollutant means a pollutant for which an area is designated an attainment or unclassified area.
Attainment pollutant means any affected pollutant which is not a nonattainment pollutant. For the purposes of this definition greenhouse gases are not attainment pollutants.
Attainment pollutant means any pollutant other than a nonattainment pollutant.
