Auction Code definition

Auction Code means the e-POWER Auction Code as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Auction Code;
Auction Code means the terms and conditions governing the basis on which the Primary Shipper will qualify applicants to Bid in and upon which it will administer any Auction, as amended from time to time;

  • In the event that any provision of this Auction Code is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Auction Code which will remain in full force and effect.

  • This Auction Code shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Participant agrees that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Auction Code and both parties waive any objection to proceedings being brought in the English courts on the ground of venue or on the grounds that the proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.

  • That, and acknowledges that, all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Auction, the Auction Site and the Auction Code are owned by NFPAS or its third party licensors.

  • This Auction Code read together with the applicable Registration Agreement is the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Auctioneer with respect to the relevant Auction and the use of the Auction Site.

  • Registration Agreements and this Auction Code shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.16.

  • Not to exercise the right to rescind a sale under the e-ROC and e-XXXX Auction Code without the consent of the Principal.
