Auction Portfolio definition

Auction Portfolio means (i) a Portfolio; or (ii) a group of Fixed Income Contracts resulting from the splitting of a Portfolio pursuant Rule 2.1 of this Annex including any connected hedging trades concluded by the Clearing House through Risk Mitigation;
Auction Portfolio means a Basis Portfolio or an OTC Auction Portfolio, as applicable.
Auction Portfolio means (i) a Portfolio; or (ii) a group of ForexClear Contracts resulting from the splitting of a Portfolio pursuant to Rule 2.1 of this Annex including any connected hedging trades concluded by the Clearing House through Risk Neutralisation;

Examples of Auction Portfolio in a sentence

  • SwapClear Clearing Members are entitled to bid for an Auction Portfolio on behalf of an affiliated SwapClear Clearing Member or affiliated FCM Clearing Member.

  • Bids shall be submitted as a price at which the relevant Invited Bidder is willing to take on a specified percentage of the Auction Portfolio, and all bids will be ranked in accordance with the price per percentage represented by that bid.

  • The relevant Non-Defaulting SCMs (in respect of each OTC Auction Portfolio) and Non-Defaulting Joint Rates Service Clearing Members (in respect of each Basis Portfolio) will submit bids to the Clearing House representatives on the Rates Service DMG, who will ensure that the identities of the bidders are not revealed to the Rates Service Clearing Member representatives on the Rates Service DMG.

  • Auction Losses will be attributed to an individual SwapClear Short Bidder pursuant to this sub-paragraph (ii) based upon the proportion that (a) the variance of the bid of such SwapClear Short Bidder from the winning bid (denominated in units of the relevant Auction Portfolio Currency) bears to (b) the sum of the variances of the bids of all SwapClear Short Bidders from the winning bid (denominated in units of the relevant Auction Portfolio Currency).

  • The Clearing House shall notify each Invited Bidder of all details that may be reasonably required in relation to an Auction Portfolio prior to the relevant Auction.

  • In the case of an Auction in which no bid is accepted or received (as the case may be), or in which the bids accepted by the Clearing House are for less than the whole Auction Portfolio, subject to paragraph (i) below, one or more further Auctions may, at the discretion of the Clearing House, be held in relation to the relevant Auction Portfolio or that part of the Auction Portfolio which remains.

  • The Clearing House shall, in its discretion, but after consultation with the Fixed Income DMG, identify up to 15 Non-Defaulting RCMs who will be invited to bid in each Auction (the " Invited Bidders") and shall invite such Invited Bidders to submit bids for such Auction Portfolio.

  • In the case of an Auction in which no bid is accepted or received (as the case may be), one or more further Auctions will be held in relation to the relevant Auction Portfolio.

Auction Portfolio has the meaning assigned to it in either (i) the SwapClear DMP Annex of the Default Rules or (ii) the ForexClear DMP Annex of the Default Rules, as applicable.

  • FTR Portfolio Auction Value means for each customer account of a Market Participant, the sum, calculated on a monthly basis, across all FTRs, of the FTR price times the FTR volume in MW.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Portfolio Investment means any Investment held by the Obligors in their asset portfolio (and solely for purposes of determining the Borrowing Base, Cash).

  • Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.

  • Eligible Portfolio Investment means any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor (and solely for purposes of determining the Borrowing Base, Cash (other than Cash Collateral) and Cash Equivalents held by any Obligor) that, in each case, meets all of the criteria set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) hereto; provided, that no Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent shall constitute an Eligible Portfolio Investment or be included in the Borrowing Base if the Collateral Agent does not at all times maintain a first priority, perfected Lien (subject to no other Liens other than Eligible Liens) on such Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent or if such Portfolio Investment, Cash or Cash Equivalent has not been or does not at all times continue to be Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that any Portfolio Investments that have been contributed or sold, purported to be contributed or sold or otherwise transferred to any Financing Subsidiary, Immaterial Subsidiary, CFC, Transparent Subsidiary or any other Person that is not a Subsidiary Guarantor, or held by any Financing Subsidiary, Immaterial Subsidiary, CFC, Transparent Subsidiary or any other Person that is not a Subsidiary Guarantor shall not be treated as Eligible Portfolio Investments until distributed, sold or otherwise transferred to any Obligor free and clear of all Liens (other than Eligible Liens). Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall limit the provisions of Section 5.12(b)(i), which provide that, for purposes of this Agreement, all determinations of whether an Investment is to be included as an Eligible Portfolio Investment shall be determined on a Settlement-Date Basis, provided that no such Investment shall be included as an Eligible Portfolio Investment to the extent it has not been paid for in full.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Financial Bid means the Initial Offer and Final Offer, containing the Bidder’s Quoted Transmission Charges, as per the format at Annexure – 21 of this RFP;

  • Reference Portfolio Return means on any day, the weighted average return of the Reference Assets calculated as the sum of the Weighted Reference Asset Return of each of the Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.

  • Securitization Assets means (a) the accounts receivable, royalty or other revenue streams and other rights to payment and other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Securitization Facility and the proceeds thereof and (b) contract rights, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with accounts receivable in a securitization financing.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.
