Account Structure. Provider will establish an account structure in accordance with the MH-MR Act of 1966 and regulations as set forth by the Department of Human Services (formerly Department of Public Welfare), Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at 55 PA Code Chapter 4300. Alternatively, with prior approval of the MH.IDD Director, Provider may establish or maintain its own accounting structure in accordance with Provider’s responsibilities under third party and/or government regulations, provided that a clear crosswalk is established between Provider’s account structure and the account structure defined in the Chapter 4300 regulations above.
Account Structure. The Service has two types of public accounts, an “Enterprise User Account” and a “Customer User Account.” As the holder of an Enterprise User Account, you warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement and to act on behalf of the Enterprise identified in that account. All account holders (whether Enterprise User Account, Customer User Account, or another kind of account) are encouraged to actively participate in the OFN Community. OFN is a community by and for food buyers/sellers. Together, we are building an ecosystem where we can share our experience and knowledge. For OFN to thrive, we need people to share their knowledge, experience and needs, and help build the Website itself. Active participation in the OFN Community is demonstrated through, but not limited to, the following channels: - a user account with Open Food Network Canada Website; - reporting of problems via xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx; - response to feedback requests; and - participation in face to face discussions with other members of the community.
Account Structure. ① Each Source Account must have a Header Account.
② A Header Account may have its own Header Account in relation to which it will be a Source Account. ③ If a Header Account does not have its own Header Account, it will be an Ultimate Header Account. ④ The relationship between the Source Account, Header Account and Ultimate Header Account is the same as the structure set out in Schedule 1. ⑤ The Participant shall designate the Zero / Target Balancing Services accounts listed in Schedule 2 as a Source Account or Header Account.
Account Structure. 1. i-Account consists of products or services of the followings: ・ Money changing service; ・ Transfer Money service; ・ Card account; ・ Other service related to Money Service.
2. i-Account is provided as an integrated service which includes the above. These account services are provided to an individual or corporation. i-Account is offered only one account per person.
3. All i-Account holders are required to abide by IAC(HK) i-Account terms and conditions for each product and service.
4. IAC(HK) has the authority to reject i-Account opening without notifying the reason to the clients. Moreover, it has the authority to restrict or suspend the account transactions over the course of time while clients are using their i-Account.

The Town requires at least seven (7) bank accounts including, but not limited to, an interest bearing Zero Balance Account (“ZBA”) master, depository, disbursement, payroll, a 501(c)(3) entity account and two others. The Town reserves the right to change its account structure based on needs and pricing. Agreed, BankUnited will comply with the Town’s request. We recommend adding an additional account to manage surplus funds such as our Public funds Money Market Savings account. We have provided additional details within the appendix section of this response.

BankUnited has reviewed the structure provided by the Town and is able to meet the requirements of offering at least seven (7) bank accounts including, but not limited to, a Zero Balance Account (“ZBA”) master along with an interest bearing Money Market account, depository, disbursement, payroll, a 501(c)(3) entity account and two others. Under the BankUnited structure the ZBA structure will concentrate funds at the end of the day to the Master account. The funds in the Master account can either remain in the Demand Deposit Account to offset service charges or be manually moved to a Money Market account. During the business day if a sub account moves to a negative balance as debits are applied to the account, the master account will automatically move money down to the sub account to keep the balance at zero. All transactions can be monitored daily form our on-line portal discussed in more detail in section e. On-Line Banking Service.

There are no fees associated with these types of account. As the holder of an “Enterprise Trial User Account”, you warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of the Enterprise identified in that account. All account holders (whether Enterprise Trial User Account, Customer Trial User Account or another kind of account) are encouraged to actively participate in the Open Food Network Community. Post limited beta phase, the Open Food Network will have different accounts and associated fee structure. Post limited beta phase, your contributions will be taken into account through waiver of future payment, at our discretion.

As such, all banking service charges, earnings credits, and interest earnings will accrue to the County.
