Auction Portfolio Contract Category definition

Auction Portfolio Contract Category means, in relation to an Auction Portfolio, the ForexClear Contract Category to which the ForexClear Contracts in the Auction Portfolio belong, provided that if an Auction Portfolio contains (a) ForexClear Contracts that belong to one ForexClear Contract Category, and (b) Hedging ForexClear Contracts that belong to the other ForexClear Contract Category, the Auction Portfolio Contract Category shall be that in sub-paragraph (a);

Related to Auction Portfolio Contract Category

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
