Auction Procedure definition

Auction Procedure means the Auction Procedure North/West & East Europe Auction Summer 2017 (for Subletting and Swap Products) published on Eni web site on 3rd November 2016 regarding the offering period starting at 06:00 CET on 1st April 2017 and ending at 06:00 CET on 1st October 2017 (such period being referred to as “Summer 2017”).
Auction Procedure means the procedures for conducting auctions for the Auction Rate Securities during an Auction Period set forth in of Exhibit A of the Revenue Bond Indenture.
Auction Procedure means the auction procedure (identified with the following code: AS_A_2020_3), which was launched by the GSE on 29 May 2020 pursuant to the New Fer Decree.

  • If a Bondholder is prevented from receiving the Cryptocurrency due to legal or regulatory reasons and the Issuer holds a Cryptocurrency Auction Procedure, the Auctioneer (as defined below) will announce that it is auctioning the required amount of the Cryptocurrency on the Issuer’s website (https://www.etc-group.com).
