Auction Proceeds definition

Auction Proceeds means, with respect to a Collection Period, all amounts received by the Servicer in connection with the sale or disposition of any vehicle which is sold at auction or otherwise disposed of by the Servicer during such Collection Period, other than Insurance Proceeds.
Auction Proceeds means the portion of the proceeds of the Auction of a Class allocable to a Certificate of such Class.
Auction Proceeds means, with respect to a Collection Period, all amounts received by the Servicer in connection with the sale or disposition of any 2019-B Vehicle which is sold at auction or otherwise disposed of by the Servicer during such Collection Period, other than Insurance Proceeds.

Auction Proceeds means all monies at any time during the Trust Period payable or becoming payable to the Member under Auction Rules by an Issuer or by Lloyd’s as legal owner of the Lloyd’s Auction Settlement Account (including any such amount so payable or becoming payable to the Member in the capacity of an Issuer and belonging beneficially to it) and includes
