Recovery Event definition

Recovery Event any settlement of or payment in respect of any property or casualty insurance claim or any condemnation proceeding relating to any asset of any Group Member.
Recovery Event means the receipt by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries of any cash insurance proceeds or condemnation award payable by reason of theft, loss, physical destruction or damage, taking or similar event with respect to any of their respective property or assets.
Recovery Event means any settlement of or payment in respect of any property or casualty insurance claim or any condemnation proceeding relating to any Collateral or any Event of Loss (as defined in the related Collateral Document pursuant to which a security interest in such Collateral is granted to the Administrative Agent, if applicable).

  • Notwithstanding the above, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that all calculations of the financial covenants in Section 8.11 (including for purposes of determining the Applicable Rate) shall be made on a Pro Forma Basis with respect to any Acquisition, Disposition or Recovery Event occurring during the applicable period.

More Definitions of Recovery Event

Recovery Event means any loss of, damage to or destruction of, or any condemnation or other taking for public use of, any property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
Recovery Event means any settlement of or payment in excess of an amount equal to $5,000,000 in respect of any property or casualty insurance (excluding business interruption insurance) claim or any condemnation, eminent domain or similar proceeding relating to any asset of Holdings or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.
